"I stay in this hotel regularly. At least 2 times a year. So I’m a regular. I’ve paid for late checkout on numerous occasions. This time, I asked for late checkout. It was granted till 2pm, which I appreciated. But I do wonder why, as a regular, the hotel does not make an effort to gain my loyalty by offering me a late checkout at 6pm once a while. "

"The hotel staff didn't allow me to check in 2 hours earlier of and had to talk to them nicely. But later they upgraded the my room to suite one. The room is very nice and clean. The cleaning crews were nice and did a great job. The staff helped me to get the baggages in and out. Overall it was a great and comfortable stay. I still prefer the hotel front should allow to check in few hours earlier. Thanks again."

"Decent view on one of the busy areas and Skyline in Abu Dhabi. The hotel is located in a very accessable area. Lots of things are nearby that you would like for a couple days stay. We however only stayed for one night and where glad we decided so, as the age of the facility started to show and the cleanliness could really be improved upon."

"What's literally not good in this hotel: no iron ,no hair dryer ,only one towel in the bathroom ,the AC has only cold option no heat available and when you try to take a shower after 10 to 15 minutes water turns cold. The price is high for a 3-stars hotel."

I arrive to the hotel & called the front desk from the car to ask where the parking is or to send me the valet.
