I am a regular weekly customer at ibis, this week at the usual Check in, they retrieved my information and still they got the wrong nationality and phone number in my file. A process I would assume should be very smooth by now after months of weekly check-ins. Then i went up to my room to find out garbage everywhere in front of the doors and the elevators as if they dont have housekeeping services or the place has been left out for ages. The next morning the garbage was still there and the smell was horrible! I complained to the receptionist upon check out and he Couldn't care less. This hotel used to be one of my favorites and i used to come every week. This time it was a big disappointment at the least!!!
