The check in besides from being a few blocks away, was fast and friendly. The Apartment was central and quiet. The mattress was superb, it was soft but firme at the same time, memory foam mix. A mattress is a big key factor in feeling rested and comfortable on your trip. I would give it a 5 stars for this. on the other hand, the room was smoke free but smelled terribly of cold smoke and cheap cleaning products. Horrible!! When the person from the check in accompanied me to the room and said it was a smoke free room, I said this smells horrible, but she said she didn't smell it, then she had no other Apartment, and at the end she was new and had no answers she said. I just let it go and told myself it's two days, so just have fun. For this reason I did not give it a 5 in cleanness, hotel staff or condition. I only found shampoo in the room, don't know why shampoo instead of shower gel. Six small bottles, hotel style bottles. Would I recommend this company? Yes, absolutely, I loved it besides these small incidents. I will be back and hope this will be taken as a constructive criticism and better their product even more. Location is fantastic, lots of shopping and restaurants in the middle of Chuecas gay quarter. Great place!!

"Great location and lovely home"
This is a perfect location for sight seeing in Madrid and all that Chueca has to offer in night life. The apartment is great and the bedroom is quiet for a sound sleep. Plan on staying there next time I go to Madrid. highly recommended.

Pocket Guide: Madrid Chueca 3 stars Hotels

A down-at-heel central area in the 1980s, Chueca is now the fashionable gay heart of the city. The Plaza de Chueca is its epicentre, with countless terraces, bars and clubs in and around it. The surrounding streets are packed with cutting-edge shops and restaurants as well as traditional tapas bars. Don’t miss the Museo Municipal on Fuencarral, with its fine baroque entrance and Habsburg treasures within.
