"This was a charming place in the heart of the city. Yes it is loud at nights so if you're bothered by noise this place is not for you. This place also does not have an elevator, so if you have heavy suitcases and have problems carrying them up flights of stairs, again this place is not for you. We found the place, spacious and the location idea. There's plenty of great restaurants nearby and all the highlight places to visit are just minutes away by foot. "Gorgeous property and setting. Lovely staff. Would definitely say its for families as opposed to couples though - several children there and if you are wanting to get away for peace and quiet although it still is very peaceful location its not the same as a couples retreat, especially when in the spa/swimming pool. We will likely return but with our two children - they would love it and we will as a family!"

"Incredible!! Loved everything about our stay in this historic hotel. The reception staff was unparalleled- so warm and friendly and helpful with local tips (thank you Andrea & Tim!!). The rooms were comfortable and clean and well stocked with what we needed for our overnight stay. Only regret is that we weren’t there longer!! The house restaurant menu looked great and the prices were very competitive. Just no time to actually try it. Maybe another time. "
