« I had a few days of holiday before conference but not much money. I chose the mixed gender 20-pod room and had no regrets. You get a twin bed with a curtain, some side space,/ and a locked cupboard. Showers and toilet stalls fairly private and usually clean. Everyone in the room was quiet and respectful. Pod was cozy. The breakfast is good and affordable. Staff are really nice. I’m a plus-size woman in my 40s btw. I had an upper bunk/pod. No regrets on this stay! »

« Overall, great accommodation. Nice place to stay. However, unfortunately we came on a day they had a power issue. We checked in before 1700. After a long flight, with no power, we had no hot water to shower, no lights to see in the room, unable to watch tv, and unable to plug in our devices. The staff was apologetic. « Cannot stress enough how UNBELIEVABLY friendly AND efficient owner Eddie is...he replied instantly to my WhatsApp after 5pm, was involved, helpful and polite and answered every question without bitterness, resentment or impatience. This is a FAR cry from what passes for "customer so-called service" in this city. But my best part was seeing him outside the venue on arrival..he was waiting for my Uber!! And he didn't flinch to help with luggage...room was perfectly acceptable with a fan(yay!),...
