« The service was really mediocre, the waiting time to be served in the restaurant is just intolerable 1 hour for a steak and then 1/2 hour to get a dessert. You have to pay for everything in advance, and there's no bill at the end of your stay. Even to pick up your laundry, you have to pay right away. the windows aren't insulated, so if it's windy it blows right through, when there's street racing it feels like the cars are in the room, there's no storage space for clothes, and when you take a...

« Great stay! We were 4 nights in a private room and we really liked the place. It was clean, cozy and the bed was really really good, so we had an amazing sleep. All staff members we met were so incredibly nice, which made it really special to stay there. They are hosting little gathering every evening that you can attend. This makes is really cool for solo travelers that want to connect. The location in Green Point is also very safe, so that you can go for a walk. Highly recommended »

I was initially a bit worried about staying at a hostel with my family (including kids ages 10 and 13), but it did not have the 20-something hosteler vibe that I remember from backpacking in my youth.
