Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Great stay

They have a maximum 2 guest policy but I had booked with 2 children. They allowed us to continue with the reservation as well as provided a cot. Very friendly staff and very helpful with information. Laundry services are also available at an extra cost. Nice quiet neighbourhood

Waist of time

The house smells.. The owner stole monies from me and refused to refund me even after i left early , he continued not to refund me monies forcing me to take legal action

My room was double booked. I didn’t get any accommodation. I was told to leave. I was told that I will be fully refunded by Hotel.com. Thus far I have not been informed of any refund by Hotels.com. I am still waiting for my money..
