"Overall the property was clean, beautiful, and in a great location. Each room having a bathroom was great. Having AC was wonderful. We took our 8 month old and having the portable playpen for him to sleep and play was a huge bonus. I would highly recommend staying here for any family. "

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Princeville was a great home base for our family. The home was spacious and the area is beautiful. The down stairs could almost serve as a separate unit. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. Great house!"

"From the moment we set foot on the property (no shoes, of course!), we felt right at home. The property was clean, fresh, and well organized. There was a real sense of pride and 'ohana in how this property was maintained, inside and out! The only issue we had was no internet service until we reported and it was quickly resolved. We love this place and would absolutely consider coming back. Mahalo!"
