« Quelques difficultés à l’enregistrement, réglées d’une manière qui a surpassé nos attentes. Les hôtes et en particulier le patron John sont très à l’écoute, pleins de bons conseils et dévoués à leur travail qu'ils veulent faire au mieux. L’hôtel est vraiment charmant avec un petit jardin et des arbres fruitiers prolifiques. Les chambres bien aménagées comme des studios. C’est le premier hôtel d’Hawaii dans lequel on s’est vraiment sentis comme à la maison. On espère y revenir ! »

« Host interaction and the amenities are sufficient. However, there were some issues...this home is a duplex, so youre at the mercy of the upstairs renters (loud stomping all day) and neighbors (loud barking dogs all day/night). The host provides sound machines and ear plugs, but they provided little relief. The washer/dry are in a shared laundry room, so you have to time laundry; dryers take forever. »

« The house was unique and special - not the kind of generic room or apartment you find on rental sites these days. Its location was close to the volcanoes national park, but also remote and isolated. Joshua and Geneva gave us excellent directions to get there with ease and checked on us to ensure we had all we needed. Our five-year-old was pleased with all of the games, books, and decorations that showed him that kids are welcome at Volcano Home. Beds were comfortable and blankets were plentiful....
