Excellent stay. Super well located steps away from the Hollywood Boardwalk. Room spotless and in excellent condition, fully renovated. High quality shower and comfortable bed. Plenty of snacks available for a reasonable fee. Check-in expérience a little complicated (need to sign reservation agreement in advance via DocuSign) but ultimately was easy as you can enter directly your room via keypad code. Fully recommend the Tel!

The staff at the concierge is super nice, and she helps as much as she could to make our stay comfortable. The whole place is clean with some vintage decors. The location is very convenient, close to Little Havana where we can find food. Overall, high recommended.

The hotel was in a good location and close to lots of shopping (Walmart, Ross, Burlington) and restaurants (e.g. Dennys, Miami Grill) John and Marvin were really helpful with the check-in process. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was equipped with a fridge, hotplate and microwave. However, my room did not have a kitchen sink. Jason is first class on the front desk. Sadly the hotel web page does NOT note their local number. I received excellent instructions by e-mail as to how to arrange a shuttle from the airport but sadly no phone number. I called the number on their webpage but it was all computer generated voice; could make a new reservation or cancel an existing one. Finally after 5, yes FIVE different telephone numbers I was finally able to speak to someone at the property and arrange for pick up. Shuttle...

Hotel has a large beautiful lobby - some Nice outdoor seating for coffee etc. Breakfast was good two hot choices and a variety of cheeses fruit etc. Rooftop pool. Perfect location to Dania Point shopping district. Just walk! Would be nice if they had a little supply of personal items to buy Incase you forget something. There is a small kiosk selling snack food etc but no travel essentials like toothbrush, hairspray etc. Nice location - super clean rooms and bathroom.

Honestly they’re very responsive. Only thing you have to be very tech savvy which is what we are going into now a days. Everything is mostly done online. Parking, key and room keys etc. make sure you have your phone on you and check on your messages and they’re very good with responding. The staff are nice too.
