"We stayed there in the first week of August, after checked in, we found out that their pool was closed, there's no elevator for customers staying on the 2nd floor,the 1st room I walked in, there was toilet paper floating in the toilet and lots of hair on the floor throught out the room, we end up switched to a different room."
