Had to call police for help. Apartment size and decoration nice but building windows has severe termite damage. Old a/c units worked but curtains had to be open to get air- so no privacy. Shower tile floor was painted over and cracking. Was very stressful and we had trouble finding a place to stay in the middle of the night.
