"The hotel was in a great location, convenient to restaurants shops and attractions. Staff were kind and helpful. Only downside was soundproofing. Could hear noises in the hallway and other rooms."
"I had a room with fully equipped kitchen and upstairs bedroom loft. There was a view of the bay and a bascule bridge along with vibrant city streets below. The staff were courteous and helpful with my many questions. The hotel does not have guest parking but the nearby city run Centennial garage always had space during my six night stay and was reasonable by Victoria standards. Get the city’s parking app (free) and save $ and inconvenience. Mine was a great stay and shall return."

"There’s a few minor issues that I have addressed to the hotel concierge. it was about 3 to 5 inch blood stains near the elevators button (2nd floor). Hotel elevator mirror & walls should look decent. House keeping staff is awesome. All in all it’s a great hotel stay"
