This hotel is very good with excellent location. We were updated to a suite and that was most enjoyable. The staff were so helpful and cheerful. We enjoyed dinning in the dinning room as well as the bar. There was entertainment in the bar on Friday and Saturday evening. I would highly recommend this hotel and would consider staying there another time. Thank You and relay my thanks to the hotel staff.

"Nice new hotel suite"
This place has everything you can want in a two bedroom suite. Very clean and well equipped. It is also centrally located just a 10 minute walk from the water and parliament buildings etc. The restaurant had lots of gluten free options and the meals were very good.

"Marriott Happiness"
OK, so I was looking for something more local and not a chain hotel experience but I have to say that we really liked this property. The front desk put us in a room about 12 floors up and we had a balcony...nice! While it's a few blocks off of the waterfront we still had a bit of a view. The room was clean and comfortable and had the best bed we slept in during our 3 weeks on the road. Behind the hotel was a Greek restaurant and the front desk referred us to a nice bistro a few blocks down called the Clay Pigeon. Both were very good. The only downside was the parking garage under the hotel. A bit tight and not enough spaces, but it was very clean and well lit. It's run by an outside concession we're told. Overall we thought this was a great location for Victoria and really a reasonably good value.

Opted for the bay view room w King bed. Very spacious, well appointed and quiet. Lovely view of the bay. Excellent food in the AURA restaurant (only ate breakfast however). Very close to Victoria Clipper dock and we walked about 1 block along the water to the entrance to the hotel.

"Wonderful stay!"
One of the best hotels I have stayed in and lived up to expectations from all the other reviews. The room was spacious nice touch with a fridge, microwave and kettle. High end bathroom again very spacious. Really comfortable beds. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed having an excellent lunch in the sitting room (teenagers not allowed in pub) overlooking the pools and beach. The pool was so warm and even though the weather wasn't great we could still enjoy it and the hot tubs, because they were mineral pools you didn't get the itchy dry, smelly skin afterwards! The town was cute and we enjoyed having a meal at the Penny Farthing pub though the service was slow. Whenever we have stayed in a 4/5 star hotel they get you on everything here parking, internet, water is all free! Definately be back.
