"Staff housekeeping mostly consisted of Filipinos which is why they are very clean. However, the room we got was a bit dusty and feels stuffy. The shower door is broken but we didn’t complain so our fault 😅. The were accommodating to our requests (extra blankets). Although the manager did tell us that housekeeping ends at 2pm. You can leave your luggage even after check out to stroll around the area. There is also a convenience store beside the hotel which is great. You can also see a gondola...

"Hotel is very nice and has a great location to the square, dining, bridge and shopping. We had a junior suite and it was spacious and comfortable enough for three of us and our luggage. Did not get any views of the city from room but could her the church bells ring from 7am - midnight, The staff was very friendly and helpful. There have many services that you can use during your stay, we used the boat to Murano to see the glass factory. There are lots of stairs but they do have a small elevator....

"This was a lovely hotel with many great restaurants within a few blocks. Easy to get to water transit, gondoliers going down the canal regularly, and close to St Mark's Square. Great breakfast delivered to your room."
