“Great hotel”

The hotel is wonderfully situated and really nice. Old fashioned furniture but clean and with all the modern comforts. The rooms really make you feel like your in Venice with the silks and upholstry. The service is good as your bed is turned down every evening. Staff are helpful but not extremely friendly. Not rude just not warm, however they will serve your every need. We enjoyed our stay there.

“very impressed”

The hotel Is beautiful, with a very friendly staff. The Breakfast buffet is very nice. The hotel is in a excellent ,central location about a two minute walk from the rialto boat station I would go back without a second thought

“Worth Every Euro - A Must Stay in Venice”

The hotel was in a wonderful location, within walking distance from the train station and San Marco. It's just a couple of blocks from the Rialto Bridge. This is not your typical small, cramped, outdated room. The room size, decor and quality took me by surprise when the concierge opened the door. Quite stunning! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel offeres free transportation to Murano, although I did not take advantage of it. Breakfast was included which I appreciated given the high food prices in Venice. This is a must stay and where I will book my room when I return to Venice.

“Great service and good overall value”

We were somewhat overwhelmed with the options in Venice, so were delighted to find that this hotel was exactly what was needed. Great location, small hotel, good service, awesome breakfast - it was everything we could ask for, and at a reasonable price. It was the perfect start to our romantic getaway, and the tours that were recommended to us were good too.

Area recommendations

The area near the Rialto Bridge was great as it was somewhat quieter but super close to all the attractions.

When to go

End March/ early April has to be the perfect time to visit. It was cool, but getting warmer, and few tourists around, making it easier to see all the attractions.

Dining

Don't stress about finding great restaurants - they are all pretty good. The one outside this hotel is a bit more expensive so walk a bit, but there are reasonable ones close by.

“Beautiful, clean and wonderful hotel”

This was elegant and in a great location. Room was very clean and in wonderful repair. Location was perfect and there isn't one thing I would complain about. Very easy to spot from the end of the alley with the words in gold on the side.
