"Very nice and well situated hotel"
We had a very nice stay at the Piram. It's close to the train station so it was an easy walk from there. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice. Our room was very nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. There is an old lift that still works and that's fun to use, there's also a new modern one, both work equally as well. We would stay here again and recommend the Piram to our friends.

    "Awesome hotel."
Great hotel. I would rate it at least 5 start. Very close to Termini Train station so if you are arriving by train, excellent choice. We chose this for the location. We were arriving late by train and did not want to take another taxi. The area around the train station is not my favorite but we walked from the hotel to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. The room is top notch. There is a wood finish that I have never seen before. Bathroom was small but all beautiful.

    "a real taste of Venice"
Brilliant hotel, a real taste of Venice. fabulous room, helpful staff staff and - unusually for Venice - an excellent hotel breakfast. I can't recommend it enough. The authenticity comes from the building's considerable age - so if you want a lift, even floors and every modern convenience then this hotel might not suit you but then, if you want those things, Venice won't suit you anyway. This was my sixth visit to Venice and having stayed here I will return to this hotel for all subsequent trips, it's definitely the best place I've found in this price range. A quirky treasure, just like the city itself.

"Great hotel and location for everyone"
This hotel was centrally located in Florence with a few blocks walk to the Duomo and great shopping. The room was large with a few chairs for relaxing. The staff was helpful with making dinner reservations for us and also for recommending other places to eat. I must say that Claudio, who worked in the wine bar, gave us great wine recommendations and he also hooked us up with another great restaurant in Verona, which was amazing. He was the most helpful person and just a delight to talk too. If you want good wine, see this man.
