"Easy check in on arrival. We did have some problems regarding the shower head and mattress but once we let someone know it was quickly sorted! Staff are friendly and helpful. Great location, walking distance from train station and all of the major sites. Overall, a great stay that I would recommend to others."

"Arriving the hotel is beautiful and nice open space. Dining options were ok. In rooms, I loved the layout. The bathroom is split in 2. Unfortunately there are no outlets in either, and slim in the room. I had no way to get ready. The hairdryer mounted only works a few minutes and shuts off. I used the other and it did the same. Our other room booked had no working AC and our family finally called us at 10:30pm to tell us the room was 80+ degrees. They called 3x and desk kept saying it was fine....

"The service was impecable from the front desk to the restaurant. The breakfast was very good. We stayed an extra day and had to move to another room and it was hassle free. We packed our bags and the porter move us before we had to checkout of the 1st room."

The one weird thing was that I left the "do not disturb" sign out for my whole one-week stay and someone came in and cleaned the bathroom and replaced towels that were not on the floor while I was out one day. "Everything about the Artemide was a delight! The staff were helpful and kind, the hotel was clean and conveniently located, and the breakfast spread was absolutely unbelievable! We really felt luxurious and cared for by every staff member. My only complaints would have been that the swipe control for the elevator wasn't explained (I struggled to figure out what to do at first) and even when I figured it out it didn't seem to work for me consistently, and the shower only has a partially enclosed...
