"Loved it practical, well located and clean "

"The room was just as the pictures showed, but even better. Very clean and comfortable. Coffee stocked every day, room cleaned, pastries delivered every morning, and reception service was above and beyond. Great location, quiet in our apartment with a terrace. "

"This was an amazing location to walk around and has alot of dining options close by! It’s super close to the Spanish steps and trevi fountain! The staff were really friendly too! Only negative was that the elevator wasn’t working and we had to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs "

"Overall, 7/10. Check in was quick and very communicative with all the necessary info you will need. Bed was ok, pillows were a little soft. The biggest downsides where: a) the bathroom had a urine smell. When I inquired about this, I was told that since it was raining the pipes are a little old and don't always work. I was given a spray to help "freshen" things up. The spray did work, but I had to reapply twice a day. b) Shower is VERY tight. The entrance to the shower in my room was about half...

"Very comfortable room and felt secure. Hotel was quiet. Contactless check in was slightly confusing but worked well enough and was decently secure but relies on other people to close doors behind them and to take the appropriate key for their room. Shower was great! Room had lots of amenities/snacks/drinks which was very nice. "

"Only issue is that it lists 'Laundry' as an amenity but it doesn't have laundry. We're travelling for a long time and having laundry at a property makes a difference to us when we're booking somewhere."

"The location of the hotel was perfect, only an 5-10 minute walk from the train station, and the staff was beyond accommodating and friendly. However, although the hotel Is clean, it is very tired and needs a facelift. The beds felt like prison issue, I don’t think we’ve ever slept on anything so hard and thin. The shower was small but it had amazing water pressure with hot water. I think it’s fine for one night but anything longer would be very uncomfortable. "

"The location of the hotel is great. However, some cons: they charge you if you check in later than 8pm (we didn’t, but something to note). There is no one on location after 8pm, so if you need anything, you’re out of luck until the next day. I wanted more pillows, because the one provided was basically a flat pancake, but I had to deal with it because it was past 8pm. If you want to check out early (before like 10am or something?) you have to remember to do it the night before, otherwise I don’t...

"It’s not 5 or 4 * , but good location , excellent reception (Nicola) , clean and comfortable rooms . Good restaurant below and around the area . Everything walkable . Train station to hotel about 20 - 25 minute walk … either cases phewww !!! There is a river taxi 1 , but can be packed ! … otherwise , definitely recommend , I’d stay again . "

"Pretty great location for tourists. There are dozens of shopping places close by, which is irrelevant to me. I wish there were many local places to eat around but everything was like 15 min away to get food to eat. Also, metro is about 10 min walking distance. Place was nice and spacious."
