Great spot to use as a base! Cute rooms- could use more counter space for toiletries and conditioner- as hot as it is , people with long hair just can’t get away with only shampoo. Front desk was lovely and love the back patio

Only thing crazy was the elevator. It is outside building and glass and shimmies when stopping at the floor. Other wise perfect and great AC. Very friendly, helpful, and informative staff.

The property is not what is shown online. We paid nearly 1000 US thinking that we were going to get a bathtub in our room and the bathroom is super tiny along with it a very small bathroom shower stall. As far as the service, We asked for two additional towels so we could go to the beach and they never brought it to us and told us that they would not give us two additional towels being that they we were two people not four. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone please stay far away! Horrible service, tiny room and very small elevator that did not work

The top-floor room was beautiful and the neighborhood was fantastic. I was not bothered at all by the fact that the elevator did not reach the top floor but I can understand if someone is not able to take stairs. If you are fit enough for the stairs, then this room is a great deal.

Communication was lacking and led to a very stressful check in. If you don't arrive before 6 O'clock good luck. I received an email asking what time I would be arriving and sent three emails saying I would be there after 6. I had no code to the front door, no idea what room I was in or how to get a key. Luckily I met a very nice man who was staying in a room across from the closed office who helped me get in touch with the hotel staff and into our room. Twice my shower ran out of water after being covered in soap, water returned about 20 minutes later. Also if you have a lot of luggage be prepared to lug it upstairs if you are above the 3rd floor. The room was clean and the hotel was in an area that was easy to reach a lot of the main tourist spots. My sister and brother in law who are in their late 60's were given a motorcyle racing room with a bed which was two inches off the floor and had nowhere to sit. Make sure if you are over 12 years old you don't get this room!!

Not at all what the pictures show you, beware! Very disappointed in Expedia having such a location as option. I would suggest that Expedia send one of there upper staff members to stay there and judge for themselves!

The staff was friendly and very helpful! They arranged airport transportation and transportation to our cruise ship and it worked very well. The room was satisfactory. Some of our friends were on the 4th floor and no one realized the elevator didn’t go that high. So be aware of that. Hot water also didn’t last long. They have a really nice patio out back but it only had two barstools. They could have a really nice sitting area for guests. The hotel is in a great location. Close to Trevi fountain, many restaurants and shops.

Tucked away on a narrow side street, a little hard to find, has 2 entrances, one on the left is the main one. Appears to have been recently remodeled, rooms we had were very nice and clean, small hotel, with less than 20 rooms and 4 stories, but the elevator only goes to the third floor, the front desk is closed at night from 6pm till 9am

Don’t waste your time staying here. No running water at times and the place is falling apart. We couldn’t shower 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed there. I highly recommend you stay somewhere else.
