"We stay there whenever in Venice. The staff is friendly and accommodating to all requests. The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops. "This is a mixed review but overall we loved this hotel but had a few unsettling experiences. We had a beautiful terrace, loved the tub and enjoyed the rooftop bar. The location is also so wonderful! The first day housekeeping left our door unlocked after cleaning our room, when I mentioned it to the manager he made a joke about it and I stated it was a safety issue for us and we weren’t looking to get anyone in trouble.
