"This is a mixed review but overall we loved this hotel but had a few unsettling experiences. We had a beautiful terrace, loved the tub and enjoyed the rooftop bar. The location is also so wonderful! The first day housekeeping left our door unlocked after cleaning our room, when I mentioned it to the manager he made a joke about it and I stated it was a safety issue for us and we weren’t looking to get anyone in trouble. "We stay there whenever in Venice. The staff is friendly and accommodating to all requests. The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops. Breakfast is included and abundant, and drinks and/or snacks outside on the terrace is a joy in good weather. The 7th-floor bar and restaurant provide a breathtaking panorama of the city. "
