Excellent location. Extremely friendly staff. Always remembered our room number when returning back to the hotel. Very clean. Changed our towels daily. The only downfall was there was no kettle in the room. Is British love a cup of tea in the morning. We would strongly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again

It was a perfect small hotel for a long weekend. Room was newly renovated and spacious for Venice. The location was ideal within walking distance to everything or 2 minutes to Vaporetto. Excellent value as well!

Great location. We found it quiet with windows closed. Very nice bathroom for old buildings. Also elevator which are far & few between. Only issue was a/c. Couldn’t get it below 23 degrees but staff did their best to help. Would definitely go back again

Pleasant stay in a great location in Venice. Room was clean and modern. One minor complaint however, was the air conditioning didnt really seem to work very well, the room was quite hot. Staff were great!
