"Our recent overnight visit to Maya Tulum by G Hotel was truly delightful. Right from the start, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of, making our short escape a memorable one. We arrived early in the morning, well before the usual check-in time of 3 pm. However, Ricardo, a friendly member of the staff, made sure we could settle in early, allowing us access to our room by 11 am, which was a pleasant surprise. Throughout our stay, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. They took great care of us, ensuring that our needs were met and that we had everything we required for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless, with every detail carefully attended to. We especially enjoyed the private jacuzzi, which was clean and set to the perfect temperature for relaxation. Ricardo kindly showed us around the area, making sure we were happy with everything before leaving us to enjoy our stay. Although our visit was short, it left a lasting impression. We're already planning our next trip back with our 2-year-old son and my wife. As owners of a travel agency in Paris and Miami, we'll definitely be recommending Maya Tulum by G Hotel to our clients, knowing they'll have a fantastic experience. "Very welcoming staff. They remember your names and personally attend to your needs. You have everything you will need in the rooms. We stayed in the jungle room and it’s so peaceful. You can hear people talking outside but that’s the experience. Cannot expect to stay in a eco friendly hotel and expect everything modern. It’s a beautiful change from the daily hustle. Restaurant has high quality food. Limited vegetarian options if you are planning to stay for more than 2-3 days. Beach is small but private. Recommend this place without any hesitation."
