"This is student accommodation that turns into a bed and breakfast over the summer. For me this meant that I had a private room close to central london for the price of a hostel bed. "Disappointing experience. For a start The number given for check in was not working, luckily there was someone there who phoned them for us as there was no one in reception,contrary to what was advertised. When we checked in it turns out our room was in cricklewood(15 mins walk away),not in Chatsworth road as advertised. This is very bad and not fair on the guests. The room was not clean and we had to clean it ourselves, it was a tiny studio flat with a bed so small we could barely sleep, I...

"We stay at the Citadine frequently when travelling with our family as our parents like the ease of using the facility as it has a mini kitchen in the room. We prefer hotel services with more a service and amenities so the comparison is not a good one. However, if you are looking for convenient and a place to grab food and bring it back to your room to cook, this is a great spot and they have coffee and tea available all day for free. "
