Great location!!! Rooms were super comfortable, perfect for a couple who are wanting to explore the city. The train station is just up the road!! The staff were lovely and the cafe on site was fantastic.

Fantastic experience- great location and quality of accommodation. Room was clean and well presented. Staff were very helpful including allowing us to check in a little early to drop luggage off before stated check in time. We would highly recommend!

Excellent location!!! Having washer and dryer is a HUGE plus. Breakfast staff/cooker and hotel bartender where very pleasant and personable. We enjoyed seeing them. Unfortunately I forgot their names. Desk staff was a little disorganized and not all were very friendly. Can't remember her name but there was one lady that was very efficient. Room is good but very dark. Rating should be 4.5 but not able to choose that number.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s location near the river was perfect, making it easy and enjoyable to walk along the waterfront to and from the hotel while exploring the city. The room and bathroom were both very spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Nice size room was clean, location & view were great! However, the kitchenette refrigerator never worked and the air conditioning kept turning off. Maintenance came several times and the AC finally stabilized; but the refrigerator could not be repaired. The hotel staff was accommodating and friendly.

The location is very convenient, in front of the Thames river and just a few steps away from Millenium Bridge and walking distance from St. Paul’s cathedral, Tate Modern and Shakespeare Globe. The room had a nice layout with a small living/ kitchenette area, the bed was comfortable and bathroom was modern. Only complaint is that the floor wasn’t clean and found a some hairs. The front desk staff is very young and helpful. The breakfast was very well served with eggs, juice, bread and coffee. Overall a good experience and would stay at this property again.
