"I liked the spacious room (Iberville double bed) and shower, the soft color scheme and brightness of the hallways. The shower could not be turned off completely so you could hear a little drip, but it was not bothersome. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were fast and easy. "

"Street outside was very loud until 1-2 am. Doors could use weather/sound proofing. Rest of room and hotel seemed upgraded compared to 5 years ago. Front desk guy was very friendly and helpful."

"We had a lovely room at the Courtyard. Room was spacious and a small corner suite with a couch and TV sitting room. Mini fridge was a nice addition. Bed was comfortable and plenty of room. Check in staff was lovely and very helpful. It was JazzFest weekend and they were nice to offer recommendations on that. Overall very nice stay. "
