M Bistro - A full-service bistro serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea. This restaurant offers a bar, al fresco dining, a children's menu, and hot and cold breakfast buffet daily. Davenport Lounge - Restaurant serving afternoon tea, classic cocktails, revamped menu. Open Sunday through Thursday from 11 AM to midnight, Friday through Saturday from 11 AM to 1 AM. Reservations are required.

“Service at it's best”

I've had many friends recommend The Ritz-Carlton in New Orleans and I must say they were right. The Ritz has studied the true meaning of customer service. We were treated like we were the only guests staying there. Here are just a few things that "wow'd" me: Our name was used consistenly, we were greeted and escorted to the 3rd floor check in area personally, the lobby was filled with a wonderful aroma of candles, the turn down service in the evening consisted of soft music playing in the room, bedding ready for the evening (the bed and bedding were wonderful), chocolates, etc. If you are considering The Ritz for your stay, you won't be disappointed!

“Upscale without being irritating”

This was great; it was my first stay at a Ritz and I (being lower-middle-class) was expecting snotty service like you see in a bad comedy. The staff were very considerate and the service was fantastic, but I never felt uncomfortable. Definitely worth every penny!

“Beautiful hotel in awesome city”

The Ritz nevers fail to impress! The staff is amazing almost anticipating your every need. The lobby is georgeous and the courtyard not to be missed. The hotel lounge is pleasant and 4 pm high tea should be enjoyed during your stay.
