This was my second time staying here. The location is great, the staff is friendly, and the price is great for everything you get. I do wish the rooms were a bit more updated and included a mini fridge for drinks and leftovers you acquire throughout your stay. This is also the second time I’ve stayed and the hotel bar has been closed our entire stay. Overall good experience though. I’d definitely recommend and stay again.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Quiet for sleeping but 1/2 block to Bourbon St which is noisy and dirty. Good location for walking to many different areas in the city.

The smoke alarm kept going off in the middle of the night when we were sleeping. The people in the next room were being loud and noisy.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Le Marias. I thought it was charming. The staff was all wonderful - so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was delightful and did a fantastic job. I was just disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of our room. The walls were gouged, the mirror was falling off, walls had been patched and not painted the same color. The vanity was chipped on the corner. There was some sort of sticky substance with hair stuckin it on the wall near the window. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay.

The staff were amazing, the free bottled water was so appreciated! The room was clean with a very comfortable bed, we slept amazingly well. For being right off Bourbon St the hotel was very quiet. Only downside was how slow the elevator was, but for the price and location... you can't really complain. We will definitely come back and stay again!!
