"Hotel was decent for the location and price. Looks like they are currently undergoing some renovations but otherwise the rooms with the indoor balcony are worth booking!"

"The location of the hotel could not be beat! Right in Times Square within walking distance of so many major sites and right near the metro station. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The check in process however was super slow. The line was extremely long with only 2 people working at the main desk. It took well over 45 min to check in. That being said I would still recommended this hotel to anyone going to New York. "

"At first I was given a room with a great view but after a couple days realized I was hearing a back elevator till midnight starting at 6am. They were very nice about changing it to a large quiet room with no view but a definite upgrade. Nice staff and location"

"The pool had to be closed early, as the shuttle driver had to go to the airport to pick up pilots. Upon return, the employee, named Carlos, apologized to us, and graciously re-opened the pool for us to swim. He went above and beyond his duty. He made us feel like friends, and told us he was happy to help in any way. A great employee!!!! All the staff was friendly and caring. Made our stay enjoyable."

"Enjoyed our stay. The first night, there was a party in the room next to ours and couldn’t sleep. Sent a message to front desk and in five minutes, it stopped. Thank you for what you did. Next morning, took a shower and the tub drain wasn’t draining properly. Mentioned to front desk manager and was fixed. Thank you. Beautiful room, nice pillows. Would love to stay again! Thanks so much. Everyone was so kind, too! "
