"This was our first time visiting NYC. We didn't really know where to begin, when it came to hotels. We decided to try for a place near Times Square. When we found this hotel online, we were immediately drawn to the modern, clean design. It's sometimes difficult to just book a place, without seeing it in person, and we have had bad experiences in the past, so my expectations were somewhat low, mostly to prepare myself in the event of disappointment. "Just average and too much money for the level of hotel. The resort fee of $130 was such away as there is just a patio area with no event or anything. Just a seating area "

"Great location. Good-sized room for NYC. When we checked in, they gave us reusable water bottles and had a wonderful flavored water station where we could fill them. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The location of this hotel is definitely the best thing. My mom and I were able to walk just about everywhere, and when we needed to take the subway there are 3 stations within a 10 minute walk. Big bonus that Walgreens and restaurants are right next door. I read negative reviews before we went about the elevators at this property, and while it was a little slow, both elevators were working. But 2 elevators are servicing 25 floors, so just be patient. The staff were very friendly and helpful....

"The website for this Hotel is outdated. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. Therefore no room service either. Not a deal breaker for me but could be considered as misleading. The great thing is the location which is very central and easy walking to Grand Central, shopping, restaurants and Empire State Building. Great view from the 27th floor lounge. Right beside the Chrysler building. Staff were excellent, very polite, friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."
