"Excellent one-week stay. Quiet, dark at night, bright interior lights, excellent location and attentive staff. I would recommend a few minor improvements to the room (a multibed two-room apartment)--e.g., a bit more countertop in the bathroom to put toiletries; handles on kitchen cabinetry to make it easier to open and close drawers and cupboards; eco-toiletries in shower instead of little plastic bottles. "Lovely hotel. Great location in Hells Kitchen, walking distance to loads of bars, restaurants, shops and Central Park. Several good subway connections within a short walk . Walls are a little thin and some traffic noise, so take ear plugs. Recommend a room away from the elevator. Bed is very comfy. Staff very helpful. Would definitely stay here again"
