"The kitchen was extremely filthy with roaches. This was definitely not the place to try and get any kind of sleep as they would play weird techno music (not the cool kind of techno) starting very early in the morning, during the week and on weekends. Some of the employees were rude, and they would not talk to you when you would greet them in the morning or at night. "Amazing hostel to stay in the center of Mexico City. It's super clean and modern. There's a guest kitchen, very clean and well equipped. There's also a good atmosphere in the hostel bar. "

"An hotel that looks nothing like the photos. The hotel is not at 7minutes distance from the airport, with trafic 40 min, fluid 25 we did both. There is no check in or check out counter, there was only a security gardian who gave us the key at the entrance. The bed was not a mattress at all and it was dirty like they just made the bed and didn't change to wash them. A sofa with white powder, and I don’t thing it was baking soda to clean it up. I stayed in the women's portion of the hostel and it was great. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was very clean. I liked that it was open air for the sitting area. "We had an amazing experience at Hostal Juarez. It is in a perfect and safe location, very clean, and fabulous people. Plus, the staff was great. Special shout out to Jorge who is an amazing human. Very welcoming and knowledgeable about the city. He took great care of us during our stay! 💕"

"Friendly staff, clean facilities. Just don’t arrive during rush-hour. I got stuck in traffic for about an hour trying to find the hotel parking located “around the corner”. Providing a map upon request could be extra helpful as well as clear parking fees policy for their guests. Otherwise o good experience."
