“Enjoyable hotel.”
Very modern business style hotel. Many international business travelers plus tourists. Found some ot the services (ie: food and laundry) expensive for Mexico however in line with what would be expected in Canada or the US. Great staff. No language issues of any note.
“Very Good Hotel in a Good Location”
The 11st floor with special services is excelent
“Galeria Plaza Reforma: A Great Place to Stay”
We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was helpful, the location was great. We opted for the Executive Floor, which gave us certain advantages such as continental breakfast, wine and snacks as of 6:30 p.m. We thought that these services were more than satisfactory. We had access to a lounge with a wonderful view. Didn't have the opportunity to use the penthouse, with its training pool and work-out centre... Guess we will have to go back! We also ate at the hotel's two restaurants, and the food was very good.
“Well located, clean, and good staff.”
I normally stay in Polanco but opted for (much) cheaper accommodations this time. This hotel is nice. It is well located, within walking distance of food options in the Zona Rosa and just a block from Mexico City's largest vegetarian restaurant. The staff is friendly and does not seem to expect a tip for every little thing, as is common in the larger Polanco hotels.
“Mexico DF”
This hotel is very accomidating. They are very pleasant and seem to genuinely care about the comfort of their guests. This was my secind time staying at this hotel and if I go back to Mexico DF, I will definately choose this hotel.
“perfect hotel in great location”
This hotel is fantastic! The location is perfect (a short walk to the historic city center), in a hip and safe neighbourhood, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The room was very clean and for the $, I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended, although the breakfast (which is good) is costly in relation to prices in the neigbourhood. I would recommend the no breakfast option.
“overall excellent hotel with convenient location”
The only negative was that I reserved two rooms, had family traveling with me, However, the hotel had one room on the 3rd floor and the other on the 10th floor. Very, very inconvenient. This should not have happen. Hotel refused to make adjustments, stating the hotel was full.
“Enjoyed this hotel”
A great place to stay in Zona Rosa. The location is great and the service was excellent when we were there. We have been twice at this hotel. Concierge service was excellent and always willing to assist for all issues. They provide loaner umbrellas for the rain. Al Vino Restaurant provided great food at a reasonable price.
“Great place to stay in Mexico City!”
The staff was very helpful, and made wonderful arrangements for meals, tours, etc. We were so pleased. The upgrade is worth it - good view, breakfast, and internet.
“Excellent Hotel for a Price Sensitive Traveler”
I stumbled into this hotel through cost driven considerations. I simply didn't wish to pay an extra $30 or so for a room for a single night and chose Galeria Plaza. Very clean and centrally located in downtown Mexico City. My room had been recently renovated and was extremely nice. If I return to Mexico City in the future and need a place to stay, this will be my stop.
