“The city should do more for the surroundings”
The hotel is fantastic, but the surroundings are dirty and poorly lighted".
“Hôtel confortable en plein centre de Mexico”
Personnel accueillant. Avons pu loger confortablement à 4 (2 adultes+2enfants) dans une chambre ce qui offre un bon rapport qualité/prix pour les familles. Le buffet petit déjeuner est remarquable, même s'il n'est pas compris avec la chambre et que son prix est relativement élevé.
“Visit Mexico City often...and this hotel is our favorite!”
The hotel was sold out of business travelers while we were there due to a high number of conventions, but we would not have known that except that we asked. The front desk, concierge and breakfast hostesses made us feel very welcome and they were helpful. The hotel is located right across from the Alemada Park, near the metro, and near the Zocolo. It was amazing to be able to walk to the tourist attractions: Mural Museum of Diego Rivera, Revolution Monument, Reforma Ave, Bellas Artes, etc.. This pools are great, the gym is great, and breakfast buffet is wonderful. We visit Mexico City multiple times a year and always stay in a different hotel, but now it is only the Hilton Reforma for us! Also, their hotel taxis were very convient and the drivers were great.

Hilton Mexico City Reforma was great! I stayed there with my daughter for three nights and had enjoyed the semi-suite room upgrade for whole three nights. Surprisingly, the room was accompanied with audio room as extra and bath room was large with nice granite top. Shower space was also nice with surrounded glass. Location was also ideal. It was a walk distance along the Parque Alemeda Central to visit Centro Historico area to see the National Museum of Art, National Palace, Metropolitan Cathedral, etc. Behind the hotel by walking three to five blocks, you can find suddenly a tons of speciality shops town whom they sell only furnitures, only gifts, only electronics. Very unique market like Akihabara in Tokyo, Japan.

Well located across from the park. We came down year 2 consecutive years for a weekend getaway and were not bored. The concierge found us a taxi driver who was an excellent guide. The hotel is well located and there is much to explore on foot. The restaurant El CARDENAL is excellent but always full. Next door there is a Starbucks and a Mc Donalds for the younger ones...

THIS HOTEL IS CENTALLY LOCATED IN A SAFE AREA & JUST A FEW BLOCKS FROM THE HISTORIC DOSTRICT. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL & THE HOTEL IS WELL MAINTAINED WITH EXCELLENT RESTAURANTS ON SITE.

After considering the W Mexico City and the Camino Real in Polanco, we are very pleased with our decision to stay at the Hilton MC Reforma. The food at El Cardinal was excellent -as was the room service breakfast. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and the king size bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. In fact, I want to buy the pillows for my NYC apt. The location is great -getting to Polanco, Zona Rosa, and Lomas was a breeze. Also, for a hotel not located in Las Vegas, the gym was one of the best I've ever seen. Spin Class, Free weights -including both an incline and flat bench, Smith Machine -everything.

MY 40TH BIRTHDAY TRIP WITH MY FRIENDS AND IT WAS LIKE I EXPECTED PERFECT SERVICE AT THE HOTEL PERFECT LOCATION WALKING DISTANCE TO THE ZOCALO DOWNTOWN .
