This was our 6th trip to privilege and we’ve always enjoyed our time at this facility. But trip trip was no fun paid the extra 5k to upgrade to presidential suite and they never refilled our drinks and snacks in our room. The staff wasn’t friendly and the room service was terrible. I hate to says these thing well always had nothing but grate to E here

Arrived @ noon, FD not friendly, told rooms not ready until 3pm. At 3pm we were told rooms were still not ready, after complaining they were suddenly ready. Wait staff friendly, however hosptality should start with the GM. Management ignores staff and guests. Hospitality lacking by management, however most of the staff were friendly. Need more lunch and dinner options.

For a 5 star resort we were pretty disappointed. We upgraded our room upon arrival and the room was comfortable and clean with a nice balcony. The food options were limited to certain days of the week which was not communicated until we arrived. The pool bar was only open until 6pm. Food quality was average and The liquor selection was unimpressive with only a few recognizable brands.The exchange rate at the hotel was the lowest we found. We opted for booking transportation through the hotel and that was very convenient. Over all it was a good trip just not a good value.

We've been to several all inclusive resorts. We did bed and breakfast here. The breakfast was fabulous but with so many food options right outside the resort we enjoyed going out to eat. The property is very clean and the staff is very attentive! I would highly recommend this property and plan on going back.

The staff was amazing...the property was well maintained but the price of the holiday was/is so expensive but it seems everything has gone up so don't know if we can afford it next year but it would definitely would be on our do again list
