"Everything was perfect. From check in to check out! There are four pools and each has its own charm and menu! We spent time at all but the spa. The new Conchilla pool had a great mellow vibe and menu. The room was really nice. We had a king lake view. Great location. The bathroom definitely could use a remodel but it was fine. The bed was firm and comfy nice soft sheets. Dog friendly but bring your own bowls because they are not provided. Lots of activities for the kids but definitely is...

"I liked the convenience of parking in proximity to the rooms. Also, the pool area was really nice. I did not like that they put an almost $500 hold on my credit card without prior knowledge. They hold $150 per/night this is excessive. The hotel is not that nice to warrant a hold of this amount "

"This hotel may be the most beautiful hotel I've stayed at. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was overly helpful and friendly. Very pleased and will definitely come back! "

"We stayed three days and the last day was bad. They closed the pool to trim the palm trees and they were not finished till 2pm! That ruined are whole day. Why didn’t they do a section at a time over several days? If not for this I would have given 5 stars. Very disappointed on our last day. "

"Pros - Great place to stay for Indian Well, close to a cute downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. Quiet and relaxing. Cons - they must allow pets here, lots of people have their dogs. Great for them, not so great for other people who had to deal with pet hairs, or had allergies to dogs. They tried to keep it clean, but I am sure people let their pets on the bed and sofa, etc..."

"Beds are super comfortable. Pillows on the stiff side, but we managed. Temperature was set at 72, which was a bit warmer than we sleep in at home but we managed. Kitchen is very convenient, we prefer home cooked food and so do kids. Bbq grill didnt get hot enough but, thats ok, we used the stove. Nice having a garage and bikes! Wasn't too many kids, seemed more of a retired or singles get away. But, we would return, and recommend "
