"Very clean and what you expect. Do need to walk a bit to get to everything from there but should be aware of that when looking at the location for booking. Only complaint would be the shower didn’t have cold water, the range was very warm to extremely hot. Made for uncomfortable showers but could’ve just been our room. "

"A friend and I stayed for one night in a twin room. The room was clean and comfortable, but sadly the shower and bath adjuster was broken. You would try to have a shower and it would run at low pressure as it was filling the bath. It was too late to change rooms as we were going back out for the evening. The hotel in general was clean, staff very friendly/helpful, breakfast good choice, and in a good location for us. "

"Lovely building & architecture but in need of a bit of attention in places. Room was quite small but ok but bed was not comfortable and pillows flat! We asked for firmer pillows but they never appeared! Overall we enjoyed our stay though. Breakfast was good & great location for Kensington Park. "

"We have been using this Hotel for a number of years for our annual trip to London, never disappoints, great location and always helpful staff. "

"Hotel property and service staff were excellent. Unfortunately even after providing my credit card at check-in I was not allowed to charge to my room (very annoying). Also the HVAC in the room was pre set not to go below 24C and the room fan did not operate consistently for the week which I believe was an electrical wiring issue. The hotel was Good but not Excellent. "

"Great trip. The room was fully stocked and clean. The daily housekeeping was a bonus. I had to call around 10pm forcan extra wash cloth and it arrived within 15 minutes. Great service in the bar as well."

"Great staff, convenient location to bus lines so you can access all transportation options with your Oyster card. The water taps next to elevator offers sparkling and still was a huge bonus!!"
