“Excellent, modern, efficient hotel.”
Very comfortable, modern hotel with excellent "added value" touches, in a quiet location convenient for all addresses around the City & St Pauls.
“Great business hotel, excellent food”
Perfect location if you are doing business at Lloyd's or need to be close to the Tower for some reason. Excellent breakfast buffet included, and beautiful 12th floor Skylounge full of trendy youg things. Good fitness room and excellent food in the City Café. Highly recommended for a business stay in the City.

Hôtel génial ! Je le recommande ! Nous sommes juste venu pour un week-end et nous avons été entièrement satisfaits par le cadre, la decoration, le service, la chambre, le petit dejeuner et le skylounge qui offre une superbe vue de Londres. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !!!!
“Fussy American in London”
This hotel was a great find indeed. I have never been to London and decided to stay here based on other reviews. My experience could not have been any better. The hotel is less than two blocks from the Tower Hill tube station - making all of London easily accessible. I believe it has been recently redecorated - everything is modern, new and clean. The desk and housekeeping staff are incredibly attentive. I bought the english breakfast at the hotel every morning. It is about 30 american dollars but the food is high quality and you can eat enough for breakfast and lunch, so it is a good value. London is an expensive city. My only complaint was the service in the restaurant - it was terrible, but the food was fantastic. This is where I will stay when I visit London again.
“Very nice, "American-style" hotel”
Very new hotel. More "American style" than many European hotels -- meaning the room is larger than you would expect. Bathroom is somewhat small, but larger than typical for London and nicely equipped. Rooftop lounge and fitness center. Nicely furnished and equipped, including coffee/tea maker #hidden in the desk drawer#. Entertainment system is iMac-based, and can be used for computer functions. Close to the Tower Underground stop and also close to several others, so getting around is easy #the Underground is the way to go -- get an Oyster card if you're in town for several days#. One downside: on the edge of City of London, so area is kind of dead evenings/weekends, though there are a fair number of restaurants within easy walking distance that remain open after business hours. Close to Tower of London and Tower Bridge.

Excellent experience all around, would highly recommend to anyone, great location, great staff, very comfortable, modern.
