"If you don't mid a room that is bare to the bones, then this will work for you. The hotel appears to be either new or recently renovated. It was very nice and clean but very understated. The check in and check out process is self service, but there are hotel staff members available to assist you. It seemed like a lot of people, including my self, needed help checking in. I did not receive my confirmation email from the hotel until after I checked out, therefore I didn't have the QR code...

"early check in by Rojina carried out in a quick efficient friendly manner and 7th floor room overlooking park appreciated- however, as I went to the single lift serving floor 7 a couple with exceptionally heavy luggage were wrecking it which meant a climb from 6th each time for the whole of my stay! single room was spacious with opening window (no a/c so hot when sun out in afternoon) quiet despite busy traffic comfy bed great breakfast- convenient for tube and bus - recommended "

"I liked the area & the convenience. The staff was always courteous & lovely. The hotel is old, and while the lobby area is welcoming and roomy, the rooms themselves are tiny. Not the kind of hotel you'd spend extra time at, as there just isn't much space. But we were there in London to sight-see & see friends, so it was perfect & affordable for us. I'd stay there again!"

"I had an incredible sleep, a really comfy bed, and so dark and peaceful. The staff are great and the rooms are really cool. The one lift is an issue as you can wait to get into a very crowded lift, and every thing costs more money ( leaving bags etc) also the rooms don’t have wardrobes so not ideal for a long stay, but well worth a night or two "

"We booked this hotel because it was easily acessible from inner London as my family from France was coming for our wedding. They had enough rooms for all 17 of us and three of these were next to each other. The double rooms were not very spacious, but comfortable and very clean. The support from the hotel staff was amazing helping us book cabs to get to our venue and recommending places to eat nearby. "

"Great place if you don't want to spend too much in hotel. This hotel is close to Paddington station, nice neighborhood, very close to Hide Park, Kensington Palace and many train station options. Hotel is comfortable, free breaftast, I wish they could change a bit the Breakfast because when you are for a week or more is the same, is great breadfast anywy and the staff are awesome, they are friendly and very kind."
