"Booked this hotel for my boyfriend’s birthday trip and it was amazing. The hotel looked exactly like the pictures it was extremely clean and very quiet perfect for couples needing a calm and relaxing vacation. It’s not on the main road so you’ll need transportation if you choose not to rent a car but everything is about 15-20mins away. Breakfast was good and is complimentary. The only down side to this was its not an all inclusive you have the option to use the temporary credit they hold to pay...

"I can honestly say I enjoyed my stay at Era Hotel. The hosts were a beautiful couple who welcomed me warmly. They were so willing to help me find dining options, car service and even offered to make me breakfast for my birthday. I absolutely loved my stay! Highly recommend 10 out of 10! Thank you guys for helping my first solo trip a memorable one. And the traditional Mexican Breakfast was delicious!!! "

"24 hour guard at property. We left property several times to grab a bite to eat, which everywhere we ate was fabulous and tasty. Prices very reasonable. The bar at intima was great. A swim up bar and places to sit outside the pool. Room was nice, digital entry with a safe inside. Only downside was it is not close to the beach. We walked one day to beach, 4 miles, no sidewalks and felt a it as bit sketch with the daily traffic. Taxi ride home was $40 one way back. The ocean was beautiful. ...

It is a little oasis of tranquility or could be ...the outdoor gym that starts up at 6am isn't great but completely out of their control & there is hiway noise but over looking this, it truly is a beautiful little resort. No one speaks english but we made it by with Google translate. The continental breakfast was dry toast with jam & tea or coffee. No food & rarely was anyone around to tend bar. "I read all the reviews and thought oh let me just see for myself well to start no hot water the hot tub was a cold tub the pool was dirty the bathroom were dirty the dishwasher leaks the stove upstairs was mot working it took them 4 days out of the 5 to come and fix it and still did not not fix it the worst place I have ever rented a waste of time and money because you can’t even enjoy what you paid for "
