"Modern, European-feel hotel. Well-renovated. Sensible breakfast. Spacious gym. It's a value hotel, not a luxury hotel, and I wouldn't stay here at the rack rate, but at the Expedia rate this hotel was a really good value."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the last 20+ years, and unfortunately this time my stay was disappointing. The hotel overall is in need of some repairs, for example replacing or painting over dirty wallpaper in the lobby near the elevator. My room was in sore need of repainting and deep cleaning as well. There seemed to be a little too much furniture for the space, and the lamps and window coverings were stained. The fire sprinkler looked really old and worn out, and there were some...

"The hotel's location is closed to Canada Place. The room (220)'s shower floor is slippery that I would suggest have a shower mat on the shower floor. There are two side with 5 steps stair before the entrance of the hotel which make quests with luggage struggling to go up. I would suggest that make a ramp for one side with 5 steps stair."

"I was permitted to leave my vehicle parked long after checkout as I took public transit to my meeting! Staff is so friendly and the onsite restaurant is very good . "

"About the least expense yet decent accommodation in the area. Historic property, nicely updated while maintaining the historic value of the building. Street noise was problematic. Staff friendly and accommodating. Three restaurants onsite, all good. Parking wasn’t the most convenient, but it still worked. I would go back if I was attending an event at Roger’s Arena or B.C. Place. "

"We booked this hotel for two nights before getting on a cruise! It was the best price in the area and was close to Stanley Park. We had our two kids with us, 5 & 3. It was absolutely PERFECT! I was shocked because I wasn’t expecting much. It was in the best location! We ate breakfast just a block away at the red umbrella every morning, and it was so yummy! There was a pizza place right across the street as well as a convenient store and a smoothie place! Honestly, there were so many restaurants...
