"The staff was great and gave a good warm welcome. But they only Have two elevators and the breakfast is alright. It is a 15min walk from time square and relatively safe. It was an average stay with outdated rooms and bathrooms."

"Great friendly staff and ideal location for exploring NYC. Air con worked very well and bathroom was very spacious. We were disappointed that the room was only made on 3 out of the 5 days we stayed. There is a fair bit of noise from the street but that is to be expected in one of NYCs busiest areas and it did not stop us from sleeping as eventually quiets down late at night."

"I was on a girls trip and stayed at The Element Times Square. It was absolutely perfect! The location was unbeatable for getting all over the city, whether we walked to Broadway Shows or to the Subway. The restaurant right next door had delicious food, and the hotel staff gave us a coupon. About the hotel staff, they were so friendly and accommodating! They would tell us which subway lines to take or where to find the best restaurants. The evening wine, beer and cheese during the week...

While the room did a good job of blocking out the outside city noise, our neighboring room had a kid that screamed till well past midnight. The room was spacious for NYC, had a ceiling fan, and was centrally located. "

"Great location with easy access to local eateries and a short walk to times square. The condition of the room was outdated, with old water stains and a hard bed. Room was small so we were glad we packed light. The airconditioner was a life saver at the end of a long hot day. "
