"It was a beautiful property with great staff however, my one complaint would be the condition of the bathroom in the suite with a terrace. It has stains all over the floor that made it look dirty, and the top of the bath spout was popping out. It is also a noisy area but not far from Empire State and Times Square! "

"This is probably the second hotel review I’ve ever written, but my recent stay at the New Yorker absolutely warrants it. Two things, in particular, stood out. First, the amazing staff. Besides the hotel’s prime location, the staff make you feel truly welcome. For example, the doorman remembered the name of my service dog. They consistently go out of their way to provide exceptional service with a personal touch. Second, the upgrades. Unlike other hotels that claim to upgrade my room but make no noticeable changes, the New Yorker genuinely impressed me. Without any request, they upgraded my room significantly due to my extended stay. The upgraded unit had three rooms, a terrace, a walk-in closet, two bathrooms, and a stunning view of Midtown. They got it right, and I’ll be booking with them more often."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Aliz hotel. Very good value, and perfect location for our needs. We don’t understand why there are several reviews stating that staff was not polite. We only had positive exchanges with all the personnel at this hotel. "

"First they gave a room which had a AC not working but when I informed the staff at front desk they changed the room and response was very quick. This property had very good breakfast area and as every one said crowded but space is available for every one. We did enjoy our trip also many deli shops around. "

"Great location just a couple blocks from Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, and Hudson Yards. Excellent view from the 23rd floor. Room was nice, beds were comfortable, shower was amazing! Looking forward to a return visit!"
