“Modern loft living type hotel”

Loved many aspects. Used the pantry and in room kitchenette. Appreciated modern bathroom with glass stand in shower. Fabulous complimentary breakfast and happy hour with substantial snacks. Very comfortable bed with high end linens and duvet. Fluffy towels. Rooftop terrace very cute and fun.

“Great stay at Element NY Times Square!”

We had a great stay at Element NY Times Square. The location was superb, and although our room was not large, it was on the 27th floor, had a comfortable bed, large TV, 2 seater couch, was well equipped, and had a nice view of Empire State Building. It was also really convenient having a kitchenette with large fridge, dishwasher, etc. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection of cereals, muffins, toast, bagels, pastries, etc, however more fresh fruit in the form of a fruit salad, or canned fruit, would have been nice. The complimentary happy hour from 5.30 to 7.00 pm Monday to Thursday with wine, beer and a great selection of nibbles, was an added bonus. The only negative for us was the sometimes frustrating delay in getting an elevator, especially first thing in the morning. Otherwise we had a great stay and would thoroughly recommend the Hotel.

“Creat hotel”

The hotel is Wellington lo catead, the staff are 10 plus but the only two things that can improve are the breakfast (andding other kind of food) and also the channels must add a spanish once.

“beautiful hotel!”

Very nice hotel. The free breakfast was pretty good. Nice free business center. Very nice very modern rooms with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and a comfy beds. Great location. Overall very impressed.

“Element review”

Spent over two weeks at this hotel. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff from reception to housekeeping. They were under pressure, but at all times remained courteous and professional. My first time at the Element having stayed in other New York hotels in the past. Will be back.
