"Very clean but the only thing the door unable to lock the safery lock inside it was broken. We notified the front desk. They said it will get fix the next day but never happened. "

"We stayed one night for a layover when travelling. Small room but clean and friendly staff. Pillow was not great for my girlfriend and the water was not very hot for a shower, but other than that good experience. Good, fresh breakfast in the morning!"

" I normally stay at all inclusive resorts but my I decided to stay downtown. The only negative is the rooms need upgrading but the hotel was clean . The free breakfast was similar to what you receive on an all inclusive resort . It was really nice for the price and close to local markets and food. "

"The Ibis Cancún Centro Hotel has so many good things: location (very centric and near to malls, cinemas, a pharmacy, bus stops, and exchange money sites), a very complete breakfast, enough hot water and the price. 💯"

"Zero problems. Everyone was cool and no one bothered us. The hotel is traditional “real” Mexico, so if you want a tourist, sanitized American vibe you might not like it. But my friend and I loved it. "

Simple...helpful...What you expect from a hotel...and the elevators are so quiet ( Thumbs Up for the maintenance )...Bring a working watch or clock ( with an alarm ) that is NOT Connected... some issues with the phones connected to WI-Fi ...messing up the correct time... Not Hotel related...but more of a security for peace of mind...Don't leave without sunscreen... or towels ( available at front desk in exchange for Passeport or ID ... Proper place to stay... Will go without hesitation......
