"Best Western-Grant Park and the most friendly staff on call most of the times. I did interact with one or two not so friendly members. But everyone else helpful and sweet which out weighed the others "

"Clean and comfy beds. Parking was easy and the people at the front desk were so kind and helpful. Such a great stay!"

"Everything was fine, just the parking when we arrived the garage was full but other than that we had a good time. I know the parking was not part of the hotel, but if we picked that one was because the garage was next door. "

"I liked the location. We had so many options for restaurants and bars and shopping. The hotel is old and looks run down a bit in the hall ways but the rooms are nice and clean and great water pressure in the sbower. Another issue was the noise, the walls are thin so I could hear other guests and the traffic too"

"The Staff was amazing, all queries were answered and our requests were accepted. Property was well maintained and beautiful, I love the fact they carried the legacy of Cass Hotel. Breakfast was very good, my daughter loved the Pan Cakes machine pushing the small pan cakes into the plate. We will surely consider staying again."
