"Perfect Place to Stay"
Everything is brand new, so it is wonderful! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved the modern look of the bathroom and carpets. It was in walking distance to everything! It was a perfect pick for us. Cabs were always outside and the red line was close by too. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff were very accommodating.

"If you're only there to sleep."
The hotel doesn't have a lot of amenities and the room was small, but if you are only interested in a comfortable bed to sleep in and you don't want to pay a lot, this is the place for you. The mattress was excellent and it had a deep tub that I actually took a bath in.

"A few days in Chicago"
We stayed here whilst seeing around the city for a few days. Great location, can walk to most places. Small beach nearby next to the Navy Pier and the Hancock building is just a few streets away. The hotel room was really nice, a big bed and good bathroom. We were on the 33rd floor and had great views of Chicago. The rooftop pool was lovely and warm even when there was a cold breeze out on the roof.

"very nice hotel, conviently located"
Very nice hotel, pleasantly surprised. Cocktail hour was between 5 and 7, met many nice people. Staff was extremely professional. Room was clean, updated. No room safe. Would stay there again when visiting family. Breakfast in am was amazing! Some places say free breakfast, but really they should say...yeah, we got a few things you can eat. Lol. This was a full, hot and cold breakfast buffet.

"First time in Chicago, nice hotel, great staff..."
First trip to downtown Chicago. We arrived earlier than expected and went to the wrong parking lot. Called the hotel and a staff member gave great directions to the actual parking lot around the corner. The hotel was also able to get us a room immediately so we didn't have to wait until 3pm. check in. We left the car in the lot and instead took the bus for the stay. The parking for a day and a 1/2 was close to 100.00, but worth not driving. The room itself was clean, nice decor, and had basic amenities. Standard hotel breakfast...good and filling. It was close to Michigan Ave and a few blocks from the bus stop. It was a bit noisy from the hospital being close, but I guess I was glad I was by a hospital. Minor cons: the shower lever would move and get really hot, the air conditioning took some then really cold, but we figured it out, and no extra toilet paper. The busing system was the most frustrating. Not ever having ridden a bus, we just thought we had to have the correct number. WRONG...there are certain sides of the road to be on. Tip: Ask the driver before you get on. We rode the bus for 30 mins. and then were told to get off because it was the last stop. Lost and no more money on our cards and were told the bus did not take actual cash. Called the Venura bus card and added more money and found the Field Museum, an hour later. Gino's Pizza, a hotel recommendation, had great pizza but horrible service. In general, we would stay here again

"Great location,great services"
Arrived at 4pm, greeted by friendly staff, she asked if we wanted a room upgrade to a suite, of course! 10 min drive to Rosemont attractions and the pool area was clean. Breakfast time was a bit hectic...but I like to people watch and see how others react to these situations. Overall it was a GREAT stay.

"For a one night stay it was just fine "
Stayed here for one night. Was not in the room much but it was fine. Comfortable after we turned the air on high. At first the room was warm as the AC wasn't turned on. No problems, though. Would stay here again.

"Great location close to Grant Park and blues fest."
Friendly staff enjoyed asking about our day, opening doors, pushing elevator buttons as we walked towards the elevator. No issue with noise or disturbances.
