"Tidy and clean… near good coffee shops and diners. However, staff handling checking in should have been more calm, polite and patient. When was reaching into my bags to find my ID and credit card, there is no need to keep urging the guest to do so. This shows lack of patience and professionalism. Staff should speak slowly, sentence by sentence, and wait for the guest to reply before asking the next question. There were no long line up behind me, and there is no need to rush me."

"Place was undergoing some construction, our first morning was loud due to this. I spoke with the front desk manager and he moved us to a quieter room. Took care of a few charges and made everything right! Great job by this employee!!!! I’d definitely come back. "
