Staff are friendly. Also accommodate us immediately to another room because of noisy people next to us.

Resort and staff are outstanding! We decided to go beyond our normal budget and, as good as it all was, it's difficult to fully justify the high price. We have had almost as good for considerably less. If you're looking for a top end experience and willing to pay top dollar, Montage is great.

Just the best place. The staff goes above and beyond, and everything is beautifully appointed. Yoga in the garden was lovely, the Toto toilets are a great touch, the rooms are stunning and we can’t wait to come back. What a pleasure. This was our first time in Hawaii and we originally wanted to book the Hilton hawaiian village, but there was a strike at the time and decided to change our plans. This hotel in the perfect location. A ton of shopping and food options surrounding the hotel. 2 restaurants and an ABC store on grounds. The pool was a bit small but great for kids. Our room was immaculate and had a beautiful 2 queen bed room with 2 walls of floor to ceiling windows with 2 balconies. I would recommend it to anyone.

Our expectations were blown away. The suite was gorgeous, clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and more. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Waikoloa area. Pickup some snokelling gear and check out the black sand beach at the neighboring property. It was a highlight of our trip.

I am 29 years old, travelling with my girlfriend. This hotel is so underrated. The room was very clean and prettier than online photos may suggest. The view on the mountains was simply perfect. It has an authentic hawaiian vibe and is close to nature. The owner, Philip, as all the staff, were very friendly. The pool is clean, the breakfast is convenient. We had music shows three times. We definitely recommend!!

Just 10 miles away from Daniel K Inoue International Airport, brand new property inaugurated in June 2026. Excellent services and delicious breakfast every morning. We stayed for 5 days and visited various sites around it including Waikiki beaches, Kailua beaches and some other destinations. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Overall all excellent hospitality.

Nice offering of breakfast with free use of beach accessories. Staff was very friendly and very convenient to walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here for our vacation and would most definitely stay here again.... The Valet Service that the hotel offers, was impeccable, they are hard working and friendly and deserve a lot of accolades... The housekeeping staff as well as the kitchen staff were incredible as well. Our Family really loved staying at this hotel.

Check in was very pleasant. Beautiful clean and newly renovated rooms. Tempurpedic beds. Plumeria trees right outside of our balcony. Great shower with lots of space. Free breakfast included pineapple, papaya, grapes, coffee and raisin bread in the morning. Napili beach is 2 minute walk from the rooms by the pool. On south end of the beach is the Gazebo Restaurant which has amazing fried rice and pancakes. We found Napili bay had better snorkeling than Molokini Crater! Snorkel Bob's was next...

Great affordable hotel. Not on the beach but there is a shuttle service provided. Large rooms with full kitchen which saved us from eating out. Breakfast included had lots of options. Would definitely stay again.

Right by the beach and walkable to almost everything.
